KC Streetcar Tour of Urban Food System Sites
Join the UFSS pre-conference streetcar tour of urban food systems-related sites in Kansas City. On this tour, you will ride the free Kansas City streetcar, which has a stop located less than 2 blocks from the conference hotel, the Hotel Kansas City. Tour locations confirmed so far include the following:
Community Garden at Children’s Mercy Hospital
Food Pantry Garden- 10th and Jefferson
The tour costs $10/ person so that we can provide a small honorarium to our tour host locations.
